Changing Homelessness

Changing Homelessness (CHI) is the lead agency of a coalition of over 40 agencies working together to end homelessness across Northeast Florida. As the Communications Strategy and Design Specialist, I executed a wide range of internal and external communication functions to support the agency’s mission, including updating and implementing the agency’s communication strategy, synthesizing complex information into easily understandable material, and maintaining the agency’s brand guidelines. I produced regular and targeted communications for various audiences through multiple channels, including the annual reports below that I created from concept to completion.
